İstanbul Küçükçekmece Municipality Kayabaşı Urban Transformation Project The project area is a 1238 ha area in Küçükçekmece District, İstanbul Province. There are 1055 buildings in the Kayabaşı Urban Transformation Project Area and the %40 of the area is private property, %60 is treasury land. 65.000 social and luxurious dwellings will be built by Housing Development Administration of Turkey in the scope of transformation project. The project stages are on construction phase.
