Ankara Metropolitan Municipality  Ankara Ulus Historic City Centre Regeneration Area Detail Survey Work

The biggest project of Ankara, the 207 ha Ulus Historic City Centre Regeneration Project was accepted by Ankara Metropolitan Municipal Council in 15.07.2005. The Ulus Historic City Centre Regeneration Project area surrounded by Youth Park on south, Roman Bath on northwest and Atıfbey Junction  contains Ankara Castle and there are approximately  20.850  detached units in this area. There are 3.800 squatter houses, buildings having historic and cultural values, multistory business centers, religious facilities, public houses, dwelling and public organizations and similar buildings. The planning studies, whose valuation reports are complete, are being carried out by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
