İstanbul Tozkoparan Neighborhood Urban Transformation project İstanbul Güngören Municipality Tozkoparan Neighborhood 775 Squatter Settlements Prevention Area Urban Regeneration Project is one of the biggest transformation projects of İstanbul. There are 6436 detached units and 6351 shareholders in total in the project area. There are dwellings built by the Ministry Of Public Works in the majority of the project area under the name of Squatter Settlements Prevention project %44 of the project area is treasury land as the majority of the private is based on the fringe property. In Tozkoparan Neighborhood 775 Squatter Settlements Prevention Area Urban Regeneration Project, survey and demographic identification studies have been completed with the rightful owners and socio-economic status detection has been done. The detail survey studies have been carried out in the land and valuation reports have been arranged. The studies for the other work items have been continuing.
