Explanation |
Uşak Municipality Tabakhane Region Urban Transformation Project Urban Transformation Project includes totally a 91.07 ha area which is in the city center of Uşak, in Tabakhane region and range with the Ankara-İzmir ( E-96) highway. The urban transformation area consists of the factory buildings which were vacated by leather firms and most of them are empty and worn-out. The detail survey including the whole area is complete. Arrangement of urban transformation concept , arrangement of pre urban design and after that first round contract negotiations were done for the 43.61 ha first stage determined by TOKİ. %50 of the consent contracts were signed as of March. In parallel with the arranged pre urban design project; 968 dwellings and 882 trade units have been positioned.
