Ankara Metropolitan Municipality  Mühye Güneypark Urban Transformation Project

Güneypark Urban Transformation Project indicates great differences in terms of the ownership pattern. Although this situation is seen as a disadvantage; our firm considered these differences as richness and developed an urban transformation concept based on compromise principle that would be beneficial for all rightful owners on the plot. According to this concept, a balanced relation was established between property ownership and benefits obtainable at the end of the project and rightful owners voluntarily contributed to the project without any objection and disorder. Thanks to this commonsensical approach in implementation, the Güneypark Project has been an inspiration to the many urban transformation projects in Turkey. In the scope of the Güneypark Urban Transformation Project,
living spaces inclusive of  urban activities  have been designed such as 6794 luxurious dwellings in total, a large commercial centre, socio-cultural facilities, walking  and cycling paths . In this context, the infrastructure and superstructure constructions are being continued by builder companies.
