Ankara Büyükşehir Municipality Ankara Güneytepe Urban Transformation Project Detail Survey Work Güneytepe Urban Transformation and Development Project area is 60 ha and it is a continuation of the Ankara Mühye Güneypark Urban Transformation Project. The area locates in the north of Doğu Road in Çankaya and large part of it is private property and there are 450 squatter houses on it. The plan studies are being done by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in the project area which is declared as urban transformation area by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipal Council.
