İstanbul Küçükçekmece Municipality Ayazma Urban Transformation Project  Detail Survey Work

The Project area includes 128 ha in Küçükçekmece District, İstanbul Province .The Ayazma Urban Transformation Project contains approximately 1350 squatter houses and %33 of the area is private property , %67 of it is treasury land. Projects studies are complete in the project area and dwellings were given to the rightful owners in Halkalı Housing Estate in line with the consent contracts.
