Explanation |
Samsun Province, Canik District Urban Transformation Project covering totally 101 ha consists of 3 separate stages and includes 5 neighborhoods.
1. Stage : Yeşilova and Gazi Neighborhoods(34 ha) 2. Stage: Soğuksu and Yeni Neighborhoods(33 ha) 3. Stage: Toptepe Neighborhood (33 ha) Yeşilova and Gazi Neighborhoods Urban Transformation Project, which is the first step of the project, is 34 ha. % 23 of this area is in public property (municipality, DSI - The State Hydraulic Works, Treasury) and the rest of it is in private property. The negotiations were made with 1453 shareholders who were detected in 1. Stage and their consent agreements were implemented. In the urban regeneration studies, it is planned to built 2688 dwellings on a 34 ha-area and firstly, the construction of the 20 blocks and 960 dwellings, will be built for the rightful owners, started.
