Konya Meram Municipality Konya Meram Meat Factory Urban Transformation Project Urban Transformation Project contains nearly 56 ha- area which includes Konya Province, Meram District, Hacı İsa Efendi, Geçit and Neighborhoods ,land of Meat and Fish Association . 6500 people inhabit in the area named as "Golden Move Urban Transformation Project Urban". According to the land registers and cadastre situation of the project area, % 96,4 of the area consist of cadastral parcels. %68 of the area is private property. Our company completed the contracts with the rightful owners inhabit in the project area and made the deed transfers. The Regulatory Development plans and reconstruction implementation plans were affirmed. The studies have been continued for passing to the construction phase by Meram Municipality.
